The Hispanic Primogen has a dark complexion with no facial hair. His eyebrows are thick and heavy, setting his eyes in deep shadow. No-one has ever seen him smile, though his demeanor is not overly hostile. He just gave up on warmth a long time ago. His hair is jet black, and he wears solid-colored shirts and black pants.

Grogan was born to a poor family in Mexico. His father was an American who had fled to this country for reasons still unknown to Marcus. His father fell in love with a beautiful woman named Maria, and settled down in Rosario. Before long, Marcus was born.
However, his life was not peaceful. When Marcus was 6, his village was raided by Englishmen from north of the border, who slaughtered most of the village. His father was killed, but Maria managed to escape with others and took Marcus with her. He doesn't remember much of this time, as he didn't understand events while he was experiencing them, but knows that he wound up in America, in an abandoned house, with his mother and a few other Rosario survivors. His mother soon contracted a disease and died. The boy was 15 when he left 'home' to experience the world. In America, Mexicans had trouble finding work, and the boy nearly starved to death. But he survived until his 26th birthday, when he met Clark Jackson, who he would later discover was a vampire. Recognizing some survival instinct in the youngster, Jackson Embraced him.
Grogan had trouble adjusting to his new life, and for a while became a brutal killer. His anger against all white men fuelled him, and Jackson could not keep the boy under control. Eventually, he gave up, and dis-owned his Get, Marcus, and moved on. Surprised by this, Marcus Grogan came to understand and supress his strong emotions. His strength and survival instincts are why this relatively young Kindred has the position of Primogen.

Marcus is strong at Dominate. He doesn't use his powers much, but when he does few men (or Kindred) can withstand Grogan's force of will.
He is also reasonable familiar with Thaumaturgy. He doesn't know many spells, but his raw talent is there.
For whatever reason, Marcus' Tremere Auspex abilities have never surfaced.
